Audit and Statutory Accounts

Under Audit Regulations, all company directors must ensure that where appropriate, their annual accounts are correctly prepared and audited by a duly registered firm. DSJ Partners (UK) Limited is a Registered Auditor.

The imposition of the regulations has resulted in additional costs when auditing limited company accounts, but we can assure you that we endeavour to keep this cost as low as possible, whilst completing the work accurately, efficiently and competently on your behalf.

Our approach to audit assignments is not based purely on helping a business to fulfil its statutory obligations. An audit gives us an ideal opportunity to look inside a business to see how it functions. We can then use this knowledge to work with the company's management team to help them to get the most out of their business.
